Beautiful detached former Victorian schoolhouse available to let in the quiet village of Tredrizzick. Sleeps 8 people comfortably but can sleep up to 11 if required. The house is enclosed with a large secluded garden and has private parking. Within 1½ miles of the lovely sandy beach at Rock and little further to Daymer and Polzeath. An easy walk takes you into Rock village with its excellent butcher, baker and groceries stores.

The accommodation comprises of:
Entrance hall, lounge, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom with separate W.C
Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: twin beds that both pull out to king-size beds (perfect for lots of small children)
Bedroom 3: double bed with a single bunk bed above and shower
Bedroom 4: double loft bed.
The property also has a hot shower outside ideal for when you return from the beach.

Facilities:
Colour TV with DVD and video recorder in lounge and another TV in Bed 4. Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Microwave, Large farmhouse style range oven with 7 gas hobs, Fridge/ Freezer. Duvets, pillows and linen provided.
